So that Boardmatch Ireland may provide the best service possible, we adhere to the policies listed below and offer the www.boardmatch.ie service on the understanding that all users will comply with and be bound by these same conditions of use. Whilst Boardmatch Ireland will assist users on the website, Boardmatch Ireland strongly advise that all individual candidates and organisations carry out their own due diligence when contacting and proceeding with the other party.

Refunds

Refunds are available to both charity/not-for-profit attendees and candidate attendees, under the following terms and conditions.

Charity/Not-For-Profit Attendees: Refunds are available on or before 31st August 2022. If you purchase your ticket after 31st August 2022, no refund option will be available to you.

Candidate Attendees: Refunds are available on or before 11th September 2022. If you purchase your ticket after 11th September 2022, no refund option will be available to you.

Personal Use Only

boardmatch.ie services are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not, for example, copy search results from boardmatch.ie and reformat and display them on your website, or send automated queries to the boardmatch.ie database without receiving express permission to do so from the publisher of boardmatch.ie, (Boardmatch Ireland Ltd.).
If you want to make commercial use of the boardmatch.ie services, you must first enter into an agreement with Boardmatch Ireland to do so. Boardmatch Ireland will be happy to facilitate non-commercial use of the boardmatch.ie resource by organisations within the Community & Voluntary or Not-for-profit sectors in Ireland. Boardmatch Ireland Intellectual Property Rights Policy

boardmatch.ie users and contributors must only transmit copyrighted works to or through boardmatch.ie, with the express written permission of the copyright holder or in accordance with the fair use provisions of copyright law. All reproductions of works in part or whole should be clearly identified. The author, copyright holder, original source, title, copyright statement, and, in the case of materials obtained from the Internet, the URL of the material being reproduced, must be included in the citation. boardmatch.ie considers posting to any boardmatch.ie discussion groups to be a form of "publication" and users of such services must therefore comply with the terms of this intellectual property notice.

Contributors or users that contribute reviews, articles, messages and other materials that have been commissioned by boardmatch.ie will on some occasions assign copyright to the publisher of boardmatch.ie in return for financial consideration.
